I saw this look from a Nail Guru I follow on Youtube. Cutepolish. She does really nice videos, so I thought I would recreate this look for you. It's very easy and all you need is some dotting tools.
First I made the French tip with the color Regal Red by Jessica. Waited for that to dry completely.
The I took the biggest dotting tool I had and made with white dots with OPI Funny Bunny. Since the white polish was quite sheer, I did them twice. If you don't have a large dotting tool, simply use the back of an old makeup brush or a kebab stick.
For the little black bows, I made a dot for the center and used a small dotting tool to make the rest.
